## Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Change of mind 

- Incorrect size selection 

- Personal preference 

However, refunds or replacements may be provided where required under applicable consumer protection laws, including cases involving:

- Damaged items

- Manufacturing defects

- Incorrect products received

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence where applicable.
